 Accreditation can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. With decades of hands-on 9-1-1 leadership experience and a broad portfolio of professional certifications, I help agencies bridge the gap between accreditation requirements and day-to-day operations. 

I work alongside teams to identify gaps, align policies and practices with national standards, and strengthen training and quality programs in ways that are practical, sustainable, and achievable helping empower 911 and public safety professionals to be their best for not only the communities they serve, but for themselves by growing confidence and skillsets.

By leveraging real-world PSAP experience, instructional expertise, and deep familiarity with national 9-1-1 standards, I provide targeted support where agencies need it most, training development, QA/QI alignment, policy improvement, or staff preparation.  Agencies can move confidently toward accreditation and continuous improvement.
